RidgeMonkey Escape XFi Airect Bivvy - Single

RidgeMonkey Escape XFi Airect Bivvy – Single – inflatable Carp Fishing Bivvy

The RidgeMonkey Escape XFi Airect Bivvy is a carp fishing bivvy with a stated 2+ capacity, based on an inflatable rib construction. Designed for longer sessions, it offers an inner capsule, adjustable ventilation and the option to expand with side modules.

Airect construction with a single inflation point

The connected ribs are inflated through a single valve using the supplied hand pump. Once inflated, the bivvy can be repositioned to adjust the entrance location to your swim. Aluminium tension bars, guy ropes and reinforced fixing points help stabilise the structure, while an additional valve speeds up deflation during pack-down.

HydroX 300D fabric and fixed PVC groundsheet

The breathable HydroX ripstop fabric has a 20,000 mm hydrostatic head rating and flame-retardant properties. Taped seams and zip covers help limit rain ingress through joins, while rain gutters channel water away from the fabric. The fixed PVC groundsheet separates the interior from wet ground. The 210 cm external height provides a spacious structure for extended stays by the water.

Inner capsule and 360° ventilation

Mozzie mesh panels are positioned at the front, sides and rear, allowing airflow to be adapted to the conditions. Ventilation can be adjusted from both inside and outside. The removable capsule with its own groundsheet and the Vapour Shield help reduce condensation. Both components can remain attached when packing away, reducing setup time for your next session.

Repositionable front panel and modular expansion

The door panel can be fitted to the main compartment or to the front of the peak, creating an additional sheltered porch area. Fixed and detachable pockets help keep small items of tackle organised, while four magnetic rod straps are used to hold rods in place. The bivvy can be expanded with the Kitchen Pod and Shower & Toilet Pod, creating a separate kitchen or sanitary area. Both modules are available separately.
