Right to Withdraw from the Agreement
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason.

1. Deadline and conditions for withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you, took possession of the goods.
| If you were not informed about the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable regulations, the withdrawal period is 12 months from the original expiry of the 14-day period.
In the case of an order consisting of multiple goods delivered separately, the period runs from the day you took possession of the last item.
2. How to submit a withdrawal statement
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. The fastest way is through our electronic online form:
- Click the "Withdraw from contract here" button
The button is available in the top navigation of the store on every subpage and in orders in the customer profile. - Fill out the online form
Provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Indicate the product or products you wish to return — you can withdraw from all or part of the order. - Confirm the statement
After filling out the form, click the "Confirm withdrawal from contract" button. The statement is submitted at the moment of clicking. - Receive email confirmation
Immediately after submitting the statement, we will send you an email confirmation with the content of the statement and the date of submission.
You can also submit a written statement to the address: Rockworld Sklep dla Karpiarzy, ul. Mikołaja 9a, 47-400 Racibórz or by email to: [email protected]. In this case, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of the statement.

3. Return shipping costs
The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods. Please choose any carrier and send the goods at your own expense to our warehouse address.
The goods should be sent to: Rockworld Sklep dla Karpiarzy, ul. Mikołaja 9a, 47-400 Racibórz, promptly, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
4. Effects of withdrawal — what happens after submitting the statement
- You submit a withdrawal statement via the online form. You receive an automatic confirmation by email.
- You return the goods at your own cost to our warehouse address or return them personally at the Rockworld store.
- We refund all payments received, including the costs of delivering the goods to you (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery). We do not refund the costs of returning the goods to us.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment methods used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any additional fees in connection with the refund.
| We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
5. Exceptions — when the right of withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts where the subject is:
- Goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized
- Goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life
- Goods delivered in a sealed package which cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons if the package was opened after delivery
- Audio or visual recordings or computer software if the package was opened after delivery
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines — except for subscription contracts
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent
- In the case of bait, boilies, dips, and other edible products — the right of withdrawal applies only if the packaging is intact and the product has not been used.
