How can you pay?

Online payments

Choose one of the options provided by the payment operator and confirm the payment according to the instructions displayed on the screen.

Google Pay i Apple Pay

Pay with a card added to Google Pay or Apple Pay without entering its details again.

Payment card

Pay by card. Your bank may ask you to confirm the transaction additionally, for example in its banking app.

PayPal

Select PayPal during checkout and complete the payment on its website.

Traditional bank transfer

Make a transfer to the account corresponding to the order currency. Enter the order number in the payment reference.

Frequently asked questions about payments

Below you will find the most frequently asked questions about payments together with their answers. If they do not resolve all your concerns, please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +48 883 4747 729 during the store’s opening hours.

Not all methods are available for every order. Check the options displayed in the cart after selecting the delivery method and currency. If you cannot find a suitable method, contact us.

Do not pay for the order again without checking the first transaction. Check its status with the payment operator or your bank and contact us, providing your order number and payment ID, if available.

Do not send your online banking password, authorisation codes or full card details.

First, check whether the order has been saved. If so, contact us – we will help you determine how to pay for it without placing another order.

For advance payments, receipt of the payment confirmation matters, not merely placing the order. The parcel preparation time also depends on product availability.

You can check the total amount payable before confirming your order. Before selecting instalments, also review the financing terms.

If you exercise your consumer right to withdraw from the contract, we will refund your payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method unless we agree another method with you that does not incur any additional costs.
