JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Rockworld Carp Shop)

Are you a carp angler with a positive attitude towards life and carp fishing?

Your Responsibilities

• serving customers in the brick-and-mortar shop,

• serving customers in the online store,

• handling the telephone switchboard,

• working with CRM,

• operating the sales system,

• product advice (gear, methods, rig selection).

Requirements

• excellent knowledge of the carp industry, products, and trends,

• comfort with internet browsers,

• teamwork skills and ease of communication,

• independence in problem-solving,

• honesty, reliability, willingness to work, stress resilience, high personal culture,

• customer service knowledge and desire to develop in sales,

• communicative knowledge of at least one foreign language (DE/CZ/EN/FR/IT/ES/HU/RO/LT/NL/UA/RU),

• active presence on social media.

Preferred

• easy and natural communication on social media (stories, reels: IG/FB/YT/TikTok),

• ability to use AI to optimize your own work.

SALES MANAGER (Rockworld Sales Department)

Do you combine carp angling passion with talent for team management and sales results?
We are looking for a leader who will deliver KPIs and develop our sales department.

Your Responsibilities

• planning and coordinating team work (schedules, holidays, short motivational “spins”),

• implementing and supervising team and individual KPIs,

• developing and improving CRM (collaborating with the developer responsible for its growth),

• organizing and conducting sales training + verifying team skills,

• reporting tasks and results,

• full range of sales duties: serving customers offline and online, phone switchboard, CRM, sales system, product advice.

Requirements

• experience and ability to lead a team,

• excellent knowledge of the carp industry (products, methods, trends),

• teamwork and independence in problem-solving,

• honesty, reliability, stress resilience, high personal culture,

• knowledge of customer service and desire for continuous sales development,

• order picking,

• packing shipments,

• handing orders to couriers,

• other warehouse tasks assigned by the manager (e.g., stocking shelves, preparing filler material – up to 10–15% of work time).

Requirements

• knowledge of the carp industry (nice to have, but not required),

• student status.
