Delivery time and costs
When will we dispatch your parcel?
We dispatch parcels containing products available in our warehouse within 24 hours (counted in business days). Transit time to USA - United States is usually 5-12 business days. The actual transit time may vary depending on the selected courier and type of shipment.
Estimated transit time*: is displayed in the basket next to the selected courier. Transit time is counted in business days from the moment the order is packed and handed over to the courier. The customer automatically receives information about any change in the order status.
Estimated parcel packing time: is calculated based on the current dispatch queue and displayed on each product page and in the shopping basket. For an order that has already been placed, you can also check its estimated dispatch time by logging in to your customer account and opening the My orders section. The estimated parcel packing time is provided as a guide for orders that do not require additional processing (splitting, combining or assigning products to the order) and may change while the order is being processed.
We currently work with 4 delivery companies: DHL, GLS, InPost and DPD. Each delivery company offers courier delivery, collection from a pick-up point and delivery to a parcel locker. Pallet delivery is also available.

What are the delivery costs?
What is the cheapest delivery option? We dispatch parcels from just (shipments up to 0 kg, ).
What affects the delivery cost: delivery costs depend on the parcel’s size and weight as well as the selected payment and delivery methods. When placing an order, the parcel’s weight and dimensions are calculated automatically in the basket. You will see the delivery cost in the basket after selecting the payment and delivery methods.
When can you use Free Delivery**? Free Delivery is available to logged-in customers. For orders delivered within USA - United States, it is available for orders over 0 USD.
Free Delivery applies to all orders over 0 USD placed by customers with Premium or VIP status.
