Solar rod pods

Solar Tackle is a British carp fishing brand whose origins are linked to the production of stainless steel banksticks. Solar rod pods include P1 stainless steel constructions and BlackLite aluminium stands. Sets with buzz bars and versions without crossbars are available.

P1 stainless steel stands

The P1 range includes stainless steel rod pods with an adjustable frame and a ratchet mechanism for setting the leg angle. Each leg can be adjusted independently. Selected designs also allow the leg mounts to be moved along the frame, changing the spacing of the stand's support points.

The P1 range includes constructions with a single or double main beam. Individual versions differ in adjustment range, transport dimensions and buzz bar mount spacing. Crossbar equipment depends on the specific set.

BlackLite aluminium rod pods

BlackLite stands feature an aluminium construction with a black, hard-anodised finish. The adjustable main beam allows the length of the rod pod to be changed, while four independently adjustable legs control the height and support angle.

The buzz bars are supported at two points in a goalpost configuration. This range includes sets with adjustable three-rod crossbars and a transport carry case. The leg adjustment ratchet mechanism is made from stainless steel.
