The boss of all bosses, founder, owner, and head carp fisherman at Rockworld. On a daily basis, he battles with orders, maintains business relationships, and oversees the entire, not always disciplined, store team.

In his free time, he renovates or cleans the basement and goes carp fishing and releasing.

He is the only one who always comes to work wearing a shirt but without a tie.

No one knows the store's inventory quite like Adam. Thanks to him, we can boast unique, conscientious, and witty product descriptions that are so eagerly copied by our competitors.

Besides being an obviously experienced carp angler, he spends his free time teaching new tricks to his little dog and cultivating increasingly colorful shrimps (not the edible kind, which is worth noting).

The previous paragraph has lost some of its relevance, as two little Skrzypkis have entered the world... Now, Adam doesn't have anything called "free time".

Whenever someone asks, he is always open to people, offering help and professional knowledge gained through years of experience.

He splits his hobbies between music and fishing, which has been sprouting in him since his earliest years. Catching carp in reservoirs in Poland and abroad, he was noticed by the biggest names in the industry, and thus began his cooperation with Fox.
Mariusz is a humble person, but like every carp angler, he enjoys boasting about his catches - his personal best is a mirror carp weighing 28.7 kg.

As a consultant/salesperson, he shares his knowledge and experience with you.

Carp fishing is his life's passion, which, several years ago, turned into his career. Most of you probably recognize him from the brand Nash Tackle, to which he helped spread its wings in our country and for which he worked for several good years.

His colleagues at work call him "The Boss" :)

I handle online customer service—answering phones, replying to emails, and managing current matters related to orders and their fulfillment.

Carp fishing was instilled in him by his grandfather during childhood, and since then, he tries to devote every spare moment to carp fishing sessions, honing his experience on both Polish and international waters.
After work, he really enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors.

He began his fishing adventure at the age of 6 and has been a carp angler since 1999. He dedicates a lot of his free time to carp fishing and other outdoor activities. The longest-tenured employee of Rokłula.

In his daily work, he focuses on advising, customer service, and client contact. He approaches his job with passion and dedication, and builds relationships with clients based on trust and a personalized approach to each customer.
Many of them are his friends in private life.

The mother of all descriptions you read in this section, with the exception of this one :) Affectionately referred to by mischievous colleagues as Mrs. Bożena. If there's a need to Photoshop a Lays cap onto someone's head, Mrs. Bożena will be the first to volunteer. She is responsible for all the graphics, contests, and posts on our social media. If our contests were ever rigged, it would mean that someone managed to bribe Mrs. Bożena.

Privately, she is always on the move, loves mountains, forests, lakes, and quirky museums, like the Museum of Stationary Engines, for example.

Grzesiek ensures that the store operates smoothly and that it generally functions. Without him, there would be nothing.

Privately, Grześ is interested in football and music - a big fan of FC Barcelona and Radiohead. If Radiohead played at Camp Nou, it would be the fulfillment of his dreams. If you want to annoy Grzesiek, just call him an "IT guy".

Przemek, in his alternative life, goes by the nickname Carpologist, which may suggest that he has delved into the nature of these creatures like no other. At Rockworld, he's commonly referred to as "Górol".

Przemek takes care of the video presentation for the store, products, and the artistic conveyance of the essence of carp fishing. You'll find him racing through the store with a camera, sometimes in a bizarre outfit.

I am responsible for managing the customer complaint process. My main duties include, among others: email communication with the customer, monitoring the circulation and timeliness of complaints, and ensuring efficient customer service by the complaints department.

Privately, I am a mother of two. I enjoy music and walking. Occasionally, I go carp fishing, and my personal best is a 14 kg carp.

At Rockworld, I am responsible for verifying the accuracy of deliveries with accounting documents. I conduct customs clearances for imported and exported goods and handle other office matters.

Currently a master's degree student in finance and accounting. Favorite animals are alpacas, hence in her spare time Łucja expands her knowledge on alpacotherapy.

Does she carp fish? No. But it's always a good time to start :)

She is responsible for receiving and inspecting deliveries. She ensures that our store always has up-to-date stock levels.

Karolina's passion is mountain hiking and conquering ever higher peaks of Poland. She also enjoys going on cycling trips. Her PB is higher than her guy's PB, which once caused "silent days" in the relationship.

Ensures the smooth operation of our teams.

A professional archaeologist, which sometimes comes in handy for finding treasures in the warehouse.

In her free time, she devours tons of books, especially historical ones, and loves to cook.

I handle the receipt and checking of deliveries. I ensure that our shop always has up-to-date inventory levels.

In my free time, I enjoy reading books and going for long walks.

Mommy constantly engages in collecting and packing toys scattered throughout the house.

(Almost) Always smiling and positively quirky (unless she's sleep-deprived). A daily shopaholic, she takes care of the density of her lashes and uses every free moment to watch TV shows take a break from the kiddo. 

Lila is in charge of managing our online store and preparing your packages.

Lila's passions include hiking in the mountains, painting, and... fishing! She is the most cheerful person at Rockworld, and possibly even in the entire Racibórz region.

Julia is responsible for preparing your packages for a safe journey.

Pascal is working hard on preparing your shipments. He makes sure that everything arrives safely and complete.

Moreover, Pascal is a valued local saxophonist and one of the five Polish fans of "pirate metal." We're not entirely sure if that's a musical genre or if Pascal just acquires metal in a way that isn't entirely legal...

Szymon ensures that your packages are complete, well-packed, and secure in transit.

Szymon is famous for his mass of curls that obscure his view of the world and for his sense of humor, which ensures he holds the title of the master of sharp retort. Privately, he claims to own a car that was previously owned by Dieter Bohlen.

Kacper ensures that your packages arrive complete and exceptionally well-protected.
