Sonik HEROX Ceramic Carp Rod (3sec.) – three-piece carp rods
The Sonik HEROX Ceramic Carp Rod (3sec.) is a three-piece carp rod featuring a carbon blank and ceramic Zirconia guides. The three-section design makes the rod easier to transport on carp fishing trips while retaining a working length of 12 ft.
Three sections and a 3.65 m length
The three-piece version is available in two test curves: 3.00 and 3.50 lb. Shorter sections when dismantled make the rod easier to pack and store where transport space is limited.
Progressive carbon blank and fast tip recovery
The slim, lightweight blank has a progressive casting action, allowing the rod's power to be progressively engaged during the cast. Fast tip recovery reduces tip vibration after releasing the rig.
Ceramic Zirconia guides and a 50 mm butt guide
Low-friction Zirconia rings ensure smooth line flow. Both models feature a 50 mm butt guide and a ceramic Anti-frap tip guide, designed to reduce the risk of the line wrapping around the tip.
DPS 17 mm reel seat and shrink Wrap handle
The black DPS 17 mm reel seat is designed for Big Pit carp reels. The handle is covered with Japanese shrink wrap material and finished with a flared butt section for added hand support. Features are completed by a shaped Sonik line clip and a black anodised butt cap with a laser-etched „S” logo.
