Every customer has a status that affects an additional price discount. The status is calculated automatically based on the quality of your purchases.
Available statuses and discounts (Current status discounts valid from: 19.01.2026 – 31.03.2026):
NORMAL
- entry threshold: 0 $
- 0% permanent status discount
- no permanent free shipping
STANDARD+
- spending threshold: 285 $
- +4% discount
- no permanent free shipping
PREMIUM
- spending threshold: 1560 $
- +5% discount
- permanent free shipping (already from 15 $)
VIP
- spending threshold: 2550 $
- +6% discount
- permanent free shipping (already from 15 $)
- priority order processing
- best trade conditions
One purchase = immediate higher status
Important! If your first or subsequent order exceeds the threshold for a higher status, the order will be processed at the prices corresponding to that higher status. You can jump from NORMAL straight to VIP with a single order!
How is customer status calculated? The status is determined by an advanced quality parameter influenced by: your purchase value over the year, comparison to other customers’ activity, and the ratio of returns and cancellations to completed orders. The status is updated once a month.

Granting marketing consents is a concrete reward, not empty promises:

The system analyzes your purchases by comparing the value of your last quarter’s purchases to the same quarter last year:
- downward trend – 0%
- stable trend – +1%
- upward trend – +2%
The trend discount is added on top of status and marketing consent discounts.

Logged-in customers receive free shipping on all orders over x $ weighing up to 30 kg.
An exception applies to PREMIUM and VIP customers, who always enjoy free shipping on purchases over 15 $!
