Current Prices & Delivery Methods

Orders are shipped via: DPD, GLS, Inpost Courier, Inpost Parcel Lockers, or dedicated transport. 

Expected packing time for shipment: is calculated based on the current shipping queue and provided on the product page for each item, as well as in the shopping cart. For an order that has already been placed, you can also check the expected shipment time by logging into your customer account, under my orders. The expected packing time is approximate for orders that do not require processing (dividing, merging, transferring products to the order) and may change during order processing.

Transport time*: is provided in the cart for each courier. Transport time is counted as business days from the moment the order is handed over to the courier. The customer automatically receives information about the change of order status.

When placing an order, the shop will automatically calculate the weight and provide shipping costs. To determine the cost of delivery, please use the shipping cost calculator below. For logged-in customers, there is also the option to pay for orders with points from the loyalty program Carp-Coins***.

1. Shipping to Poland 

Shipments to Poland are carried out by: DPD, GLS, Inpost Courier, Inpost Parcel Lockers, or dedicated transport. The delivery cost for a single product is provided on the product page, while the shipping cost for the entire order, consisting of multiple products, is provided in the shopping cart at step 2 of the order. The delivery cost depends on the weight of the order, volume, maximum dimensions, total dimensions, order value, and selected additional delivery options. 

Free Delivery** is available for orders shipped to Poland exceeding 75 $.

2. Shipping to European Union Countries

We currently ship to European Union countries such as:  Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Italy.

Shipments to EU countries are carried out by: DPD, GLS, or dedicated transport. NOTE! For international shipments, in order for the store system to properly provide the cost of delivery for a single product listed on the product page, it is necessary to log in and select the delivery country. Without logging in, the delivery cost for a single product is given for Poland. The shipping cost for the entire order, consisting of multiple products, is provided in the shopping cart at step 2 of the order. The delivery cost depends on the weight of the order, volume, maximum dimensions, total dimensions, order value, and selected additional delivery options. 

Free Delivery** is available for different countries at different order values, and the minimum basket value is as follows:

• Austria - for orders exceeding 175 $

• Belgium - for orders exceeding 225 $

• Bulgaria - for orders exceeding 300 $

• Croatia - for orders exceeding 225 $

• Czech Republic - for orders exceeding 150 $

• Denmark - for orders exceeding 200 $

• Estonia - for orders exceeding 225 $

• Finland - for orders exceeding 370 $

• France - for orders exceeding 225 $

• Greece - for orders exceeding 740 $

• Spain - for orders exceeding 370 $

• the Netherlands - for orders exceeding 200 $

• Ireland - for orders exceeding 370 $

3. SHIPPING TO NON-EU COUNTRIES

Shipments to non-EU countries are carried out by: DPD, GLS, Polish Post or dedicated transport. NOTE! For international shipments, in order for the store system to properly provide the cost of delivery for a single product listed on the product page, it is necessary to log in and select the delivery country. Without logging in, the delivery cost for a single product is given for Poland. The shipping cost for the entire order, consisting of multiple products, is provided in the shopping cart at step 2 of the order. The delivery cost depends on the weight of the order, volume, maximum dimensions, total dimensions, order value, and selected additional delivery options. 

NOTE! Orders shipped to non-EU countries may be subject to Customs duties. Sales or delivery of certain products may also be excluded due to transport form restrictions or individual country destination limitations.

4. Shipping to Other Countries Not Listed Above

Shipments to other countries are sent after prior determination of feasibility and are only realized after prepayment. Costs are determined individually. After prior contact. Please note that not all products may be shipped due to exceeding border dimensions, exceeding a specified weight, or other limitations of destination or transit countries.

5. SHIPMENT OF NON-STANDARD ORDERS

In the case of non-standard orders for which the system cannot automatically indicate delivery costs, individual pricing is possible. In step 2 of the cart with such an order, the delivery method "quote dedicated transport" will appear - upon receiving such an order, the shop's service will contact the buyer and determine the possible cost of transport realization. Please bear in mind that some orders may not be possible to fulfill due to transport or legal limitations.

* Transport time is counted in business days from the moment of shipment (receiving email confirmation of order fulfillment). Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery country. During periods of increased activity such as the pre-Christmas period or periods before and after long weekends, delivery time may be extended. The indicated time is not a guaranteed transport time, so it is advisable not to postpone orders until the last moment.

** Free delivery is available only for logged-in customers who have the appropriate customer status (VIP or Premium) or a promotional code for Free Delivery, and their order meets the conditions of the promotion. IMPORTANT! Some products or product options are excluded from the free delivery option. Such information is provided in the shopping cart after determining the order value and the delivery country. The method of realization of free delivery by courier for orders using this promotion is provided in step 2 of placing the order.
