Current Prices & Delivery Methods

Order shipments are carried out via: DPD, GLS, DHL, UPS, Meest, Inpost Courier, Inpost Parcel Lockers, or dedicated transport.

Expected packing time: calculated according to the current shipping queue and provided on each product page as well as in the shopping cart. For an already placed order, you can also check the expected shipping time by logging into your customer account in the My Orders section. The expected packing time is given as an estimate for orders that do not require processing (splitting, combining, transferring products to the order) and may change during order processing.

Transport time*: is shown in the cart for the selected courier. Transport time is counted in business days from the moment the order is handed over to the courier. The customer automatically receives information about the order status change.

When placing an order, the store automatically calculates the weight and provides shipping costs. To determine the delivery cost, please use the shipping cost calculator below. Logged-in customers have the option to pay for orders with points from the Carp-Coins loyalty program***.

1. Shipping within Poland

Shipments within Poland are carried out via: DPD, GLS, DHL, Inpost Courier, Inpost Parcel Lockers, or dedicated transport. The available shipping cost for a single product is shown on the product page, while the shipping cost for an entire order consisting of multiple products is displayed in the cart at step 2 of the order process. Shipping costs depend on order weight, volume, maximum dimension, sum of dimensions, order value, and selected additional delivery options.

Free Delivery** is available for orders delivered within Poland for orders over 80 USD and weighing up to 30 kg.

2. Shipping to European Union Countries

Currently, we ship to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Italy.

Shipments to EU countries are carried out via: DPD, GLS, or dedicated transport. ATTENTION! For international shipments, to have the store system correctly display the shipping cost for a single product on the product page, you must log in and select the delivery country. Without logging in, the single product shipping cost shown is for Poland. The shipping cost for the entire order consisting of multiple products is shown in the cart at step 2 of the order process. Shipping costs depend on order weight, volume, maximum dimension, sum of dimensions, order value, and selected additional delivery options.

Free Delivery** is available for different countries at different minimum order values, and the shipment must not exceed 30 kg:

• Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia – for orders over 80 USD

• Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia – for orders over 85 USD

• France, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Italy, Hungary, Spain, Croatia – for orders over 180 USD

• Bulgaria, Sweden, Portugal – for orders over 230 USD

3. SHIPPING TO Non-EU Countries

Shipments to non-EU countries are carried out via DHL, UPS, DPD, GLS, or dedicated transport. ATTENTION! For international shipments, to have the store system correctly display the shipping cost for a single product on the product page, you must log in and select the delivery country. Without logging in, the single product shipping cost shown is for Poland. The shipping cost for the entire order consisting of multiple products is displayed in the cart at step 2 of the order process. Shipping costs depend on order weight, volume, maximum dimension, sum of dimensions, order value, and selected additional delivery options.

IMPORTANT! Shipments to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties. Sale or delivery of some products may also be restricted due to transport limitations or individual restrictions of the destination country.

4. Shipping to Other Countries Not Listed Above

Shipments to other countries are sent after prior arrangements and only upon prepayment. Costs are determined individually after prior contact. Please note that we may not be able to ship all products due to exceeding size limits, weight restrictions, or other limitations of the destination or transit countries.

5. Shipping of Unusual Orders

For unusual orders where the system cannot automatically determine shipping costs, individual pricing is possible. In step 2 of the cart with such an order, the delivery option "calculate dedicated transport" will appear – after receiving such an order, the store staff will contact the buyer to determine a possible transport cost. Please note that some orders may not be possible to fulfill due to transport or legal restrictions.

* Transport time is counted in business days from the moment the shipment is sent (receipt of the email confirming order fulfillment). Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country. During peak periods such as pre-holiday seasons or periods before and after long weekends, delivery times may be longer. The stated time is not guaranteed, so it's advisable not to leave orders to the last minute.

** Free delivery is available only for logged-in customers who have the appropriate customer status or a promotional code for free delivery, and whose orders meet the promotion conditions. IMPORTANT! Some products or product options are excluded from free delivery. This information is displayed in the shopping cart after the order value and delivery country are set. The courier used for free delivery promotion orders is shown in step 2 of the checkout process. Customers cannot choose the delivery method when using the Free Delivery promotion.
