Even Filling of the Feeder
The mold helps to apply a similar portion of bait or pellet with each cast. After filling, place the basket inside and press the mixture, then release the ready feeder. The consistent shape makes it easier to control the amount of bait and limits protruding parts that could fall off during the cast.
The Mold Must Fit the Model
A similar size does not always mean compatibility. Check the manufacturer, series, shape, and dimensions of the basket as well as the method of content ejection. Flexible material makes it easier to remove the portion but still must give it the proper compactness.
