Free Delivery Weekend
This promotion aims to strengthen the positive image of Rockworld Carp Shop and to appreciate customer loyalty.
§1
The promotion is organized on the Rockworld website by ROCKWORLD Łukasz Pawlik, located in Racibórz at ul. Mikołaja 9A, 47-400 Racibórz, hereinafter referred to as the organizer.

The promotion is available to every registered and logged-in customer who has enabled marketing consents and whose order and delivery country meet the promotion conditions. The shop system automatically detects whether the order meets promotion criteria and offers the free shipping option when choosing the delivery method during checkout.

The promotion runs from 5th to 15th December 2025.

Conditions to use the "Weekend with Free Shipping" promotion:
Placing an order by a logged-in customer with shipment to the specified country and order value as set out in §6 of these terms, and a shipment weight not exceeding the limit (including dimensional weight applied by couriers) specified in §5.
In each case, the system automatically recognizes if the order qualifies for the "Weekend with Free Shipping" promotion and proposes this delivery option accordingly.
§5
The "Weekend with Free Shipping" promotion applies only to orders up to 30 kg.
Countries and minimum order thresholds for the "Weekend with Free Shipping" promotion:
Poland - minimum order 14 USD
Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania - minimum order 25 USD
France, Netherlands, Belgium, Latvia, Estonia - minimum order 35 USD
Spain, Croatia, Denmark, Romania, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy - minimum order 60 USD
Sweden, Portugal, Bulgaria - minimum order 100 USD.
§7
The "Weekend with Free Shipping" promotion is fulfilled by the delivery provider selected in the cart for the given order. If the customer chooses a delivery method other than the one automatically proposed, the shipment will be processed without applying the promotion.
§8
Some products or product options are excluded from the "Weekend with Free Shipping" promotion. If such a product or option is included in the order, information about excluded items will appear at step 2 of the checkout process.
Orders for which the system did not offer free shipping and the customer unilaterally reduces the order value by the indicated shipping cost will be processed with a delay, only after the shipping fee is paid. If no additional payment is made, the orders will be canceled.
The organizer reserves the right to amend the promotion terms during its duration, to end the promotion earlier than scheduled, and to cancel orders (with refunds of any prepayments) if the order value does not cover shipping costs.
