Sonik Mythos Titanium Carp Rod is a range of top-tier carp rods in the Sonik line-up, featuring Torayca T46 blanks and Seaguide titanium guides. Designed for demanding long-range casting, they combine a powerful blank with fast tip recovery and low-friction guide rings.
Torayca T46 fibre and Nanofibre resin system
The blank is made from ultra-high modulus Torayca T46 carbon fibre combined with a Nanofibre resin system. The X8-Cure high-pressure curing process is used during production. This construction was developed for strength, responsiveness and rapid blank recovery.
UHM BulletPoint tip with multidirectional structure
The UHM BulletPoint construction speeds up tip recovery after casting the rig. Reduced tip vibration supports casting accuracy, while the responsive tip improves the transmission of signals from the rig.
Seaguide Ti-XTG titanium guides with RS rings
Seaguide Ti-XTG guides feature titanium alloy frames and RS silicon nitride ceramic rings. They combine low weight and hardness with minimal friction as the line passes through. All models, including the 10 ft version, are fitted with a 50 mm butt guide and a TiAXT Anti-frap titanium tip guide with an RS ring.
