Nash Carp Care Retainer Sling Camo – carp weighing and retention sling
The Nash Carp Care Retainer Sling Camo is a floating sling designed for weighing and short-term carp retention. Soft mesh, compact floats and a reflective retention cord combine fish protection with convenient handling at the water’s edge.
Soft mesh and unrestricted water flow
The sides and base of the sling are made from soft mesh, reducing the risk of damage to the carp’s mucus layer and scales. The open material structure ensures rapid water exchange during short-term fish retention and allows excess water to drain efficiently before weighing.
Metal weighing loops allow the sling to be securely suspended from scales. Integrated handles make it easier to lift and carry the fish between the Carp Mat and the water. A double zip provides wide access to the inside of the sling.
Secure bank-side attachment
The reflective retention cord is more visible when illuminated with a torch, making it easier to locate after dark. Once use is complete, it can be stored in the dedicated pocket, reducing the risk of tripping at the swim.
A large ring with a 3/8-inch thread allows the cord to be attached to a bankstick, peg or support. Before placing the fish in the water, check that the sling is closed and securely anchored. Carp should be retained for the shortest possible time and remain under constant supervision.
Compact design and transport bag
Reduced-diameter foam floats allow the sling to be folded down to a more compact size. The included roll-top transport bag separates wet equipment from the rest of your gear. Its design also allows selected Scope and Scope OPS landing nets to be transported.
The entire sling is finished in the distinctive Nash Subterfuge Camo pattern.
