Carp Old School Wafters Original Maize are balanced dumbell-shaped wafters measuring 20 × 15 mm. They are made from the same maize-based mix as the Original Maize Boilies, ensuring a matching aroma, Base Mix and yellow colour.
Balanced buoyancy thanks to cork granules
Cork granules incorporated directly into the hookbait structure are responsible for its buoyancy. This solution helps maintain balanced buoyancy for longer, without the need to make the hookbait from a different mix than that used for Original Maize boilies.
The same mix as Original Maize boilies
The base consists of maize and its derivatives, including CSL meal, maize grits, maize gluten and maize meal. The mix is enriched with Liquid CSL, eggs, maize oils, butyric acid and a distinctive sweetcorn flavour.
Flavour and colour matched to the boilies
The wafters retain the distinctive profile of the Original Maize range and a yellow colour reminiscent of natural maize. This allows for a consistent hookbait presentation over a baited area prepared using Original Maize boilies.
