Korda Kompetition Mono – Fluorescent High-Visibility Carp Line
Korda Kompetition Mono is a green, fluorescent carp line designed for versatile casting fishing. Its vivid color makes it easier to monitor the line during the fight, after casting the rig, and in low visibility conditions.
Fluorescent Line Highly Visible Above Water
The bright green color helps quickly locate the point where the line enters the water. It also aids in distinguishing lines from different rods, especially after dusk or when fishing multiple rigs set at various angles.
Better Control During Carp Playing
High visibility allows easier tracking of the fish’s movement direction. This is particularly useful when the carp starts moving sideways, crossing other lines, or changing direction in low light.
Favorable Strength-to-Diameter Ratio
Kompetition Mono combines high strength with a relatively small diameter. This allows using a strong and abrasion-resistant line without unnecessarily increasing resistance during casting.
Versatile Performance and Good Sinking Properties
The line features moderately low stretch, providing good contact with the rig while maintaining proper shock absorption during the fight. Its good sinking properties help position the line beneath the water surface.
Seven Diameters for Various Fishing Conditions
The range from 0.25 to 0.40 mm allows selecting the line according to distance, waterbody characteristics, and required durability. Thinner options support long-distance fishing, while thicker ones offer greater strength for tougher conditions.
