One More Cast FC Carp Combo – carp rod and reel combo
The One More Cast FC Carp Combo is a carp fishing set consisting of a two-piece 10 ft rod with a 3 lb test curve and a baitrunner reel. The factory-loaded 0.35 mm line with a 15 lb breaking strain reduces the preparation required before using the set for the first time.
10 ft carp rod with a 3 lb test curve
The blank is made from 24T carbon fibre and fitted with durable ceramic guides. The 10 ft length makes the rod easier to handle on smaller swims, while the 3 lb test curve provides ample power for casting and playing fish. The rod is designed for rigs with leads, PVA bags and feeders weighing from 1 to 5 oz.
Shortened handle and secure reel seat
The butt section is finished with a shortened soft shrink-Wrap handle and a black Duplon foam section positioned above the reel seat. The screw-lock reel seat secures the reel firmly to the rod. The matt black finish is complemented by olive details and OMC FC markings.
Baitrunner carp reel
The reel features a baitrunner system and a front drag, allowing the line release to be adjusted to the situation on the bank. The baitrunner is disengaged by turning the handle, allowing you to quickly start playing the fish after lifting the rod. The mechanism runs on six ball bearings and one Roller bearing.
Aluminium spool with factory-loaded line
The aluminium spool comes factory-loaded with 0.35 mm monofilament line with a 15 lb breaking strain. The double line clip allows you to mark two fishing distances, while the line guard reduces the risk of line getting underneath the spool.
