Avid Carp Substrate Marker Lead weight 100g / 3.5oz
Avid Carp Substrate Spiked Marker Lead for Lakebed Feature Finding / AVID CARP / A0420107
Avid Carp Substrate Marker Lead – spiked lead for lakebed feature finding
The Avid Carp Substrate Marker Lead is a spiked marker lead designed for assessing the lakebed. It helps evaluate the bottom structure and collect debris lying on it before choosing where to position your carp rig.
Four-sided spiked design
The lead shape provides clear feedback when dragged across the lakebed. The spikes collect any debris encountered, allowing it to be inspected once the setup has been retrieved. This complements assessment of the lakebed based on the resistance and vibrations felt through the rod.
Forward weight bias for long-range casting
The forward-positioned weight supports flight stability and casting accuracy. This makes it easier to check selected areas of the venue, including those further from the bank.
Matt Dual-Speck coating and large-eye Swivel
The durable, matt Dual-Speck camouflage coating improves the finish's resistance to wear and reduces the lead's visibility. The large-eye swivel makes it easier to attach to a lakebed feature finding setup.
