Haswing Protruar 1.0 PRO Slim – 12V 65 lbs Electric Motor with 66 cm Shaft
The Haswing Protruar 1.0 PRO Slim is a brushless electric motor with 65 lbs of thrust and 600 W of power, fitted with a shorter 66 cm aluminium shaft. The Slim version has been designed for boats where a shorter shaft ensures the correct drive position, while smooth speed control makes it easier to precisely adjust speed when cruising and manoeuvring.
New-generation Protruar PRO
The Protruar 1.0 PRO is the first Haswing model from the PRO range. The manufacturer has used a redesigned drive system, upgraded electronics and higher-quality components, with one of the key improvements being quieter operation compared to the previous design.
Brushless drive and digital maximizer v2.0
The motor features a brushless design and a factory-fitted digital maximizer v2.0, providing smooth speed control instead of operation limited to several defined speed settings. The propeller is mounted directly onto the motor rotor, which, according to the manufacturer, improves drive efficiency and reduces generated noise levels.
Short 66 cm aluminium shaft
The Slim version is fitted with a 66 cm long, 28 mm diameter aluminium shaft. The immersion depth can be adjusted along the entire length of the shaft, while the locking mechanism allows the motor to be positioned correctly in relation to the boat's transom.
Magnetic kill switch and voltage monitoring
The magnetic safety kill switch allows the drive to be stopped quickly when disconnected. The digital display shows the current system voltage in real time, making it easier to monitor power supply parameters while on the water.
Propeller with additional protection
The three-blade propeller with a diameter of 23.6 cm features an additional collar on the inner side. Its purpose is to reduce the risk of fishing line or braid becoming tangled around the rotor, which is particularly practical when using the motor on the fishing venue. The maximum underwater propeller speed is 1250 rpm.
Optimised motor design
The drive unit housing is made from aluminium and integrated with a fin. According to the manufacturer, this solution has been optimised for dynamic performance in the water, while the motor noise level is approximately 50 dB.
