Bidding on Auctions
The promotion aims to strengthen the positive image of the Carp Anglers' Store www.rockworld.pl and to appreciate customer loyalty.
§1
The promotion is organized on the website www.rockworld.pl by the company ROCKWORLD Łukasz Pawlik located in Racibórz at ul. Mikołaja 9A, 47-400 Racibórz, hereinafter referred to as the organizer.
§2
Every registered and logged-in customer participates in the promotion.
§3
The auction runs within the period specified by the organizer.
§4
To participate in the Auction, you must log in, go to the page of the auctioned product, enter your proposed price, and confirm it by clicking the "Licytuj" button.
§5
The amount proposed by the bidding customer must be higher than the last offer by 1 PLN (0.25 EUR, 5 CZK, 100 HUF, 0.25 USD, 5.75 RON, 50 UAH)
§6
The customer is notified by email of every price change and the auction’s conclusion.
§7
The auction ends at the time specified by the organizer. The customer who places the highest bid within the specified time becomes the auction winner.
§8
After the auction ends, the auctioned product will automatically appear in the winner’s cart within 2 hours at the winning bid price, with an obligation to purchase.
§9
The cart containing the auctioned product must be completed within 2 weeks from the auction’s end. Otherwise, the auction will be canceled.

Delivery prices are determined by the delivery price list available on www.rockworld.pl, or >>here<<
§11
