Trakker Blowback Ready Rigs (Barbless) are pre-tied carp rigs based on the proven and highly effective Blowback Rig design, specially crafted in a barbless version. Using top-quality components from the Trakker terminal tackle range, these rigs ensure reliable hook holds and safe playing of fish, especially in waters where barbless hooks are required.
Each rig features a sharp and strong Clinga BP Barbless hook. A small Rig Ring is attached to the shank, creating the characteristic Blowback effect – the bait moves freely while the hook aggressively rotates in the fish’s mouth, resetting itself automatically after each contact. This makes the Blowback Rig one of the most reliable and effective bait presentations.
Constructed with a semi-stiff coated hooklink material rated at 25 lb, the rig offers a natural yet controlled bait presentation. An exposed section of braid near the hook increases its free movement, while the Hook Rigger maintains the hook at an aggressive angle, enhancing hookup efficiency. Additionally, the rigs come with a small anti-tangle sleeve to reduce the risk of tangles during casting.
