Introducing the Sportex Invictus CS-2, a carp rod based on the proven Catapult CS-4 blank, optimized for even greater casting power. The handle section has been reinforced with a new carbon mesh, increasing its durability by approximately 13%. To improve casting performance, the 12ft models (up to 3.25lbs) are equipped with lightweight Minima guides, reducing blank movement during the cast for more precise throws. The 12ft models (3.75lbs) and all 13ft models feature SIC guides from Seaguide, which are slim and resistant to high stress. All models, except the "Boat" version, have a 50mm butt ring (the "Boat" version has a 30mm butt ring). The rod is fitted with a FUJI TVS reel seat and an extra-thin, anti-slip shrink Wrap over the entire length of the butt section.

The rod is made from JXK Special Carbon material from Japan, ensuring the highest quality. High modulus carbon is the foundation for lightweight and slim rods that have incredible power. The Fuji reel seat, standard for many Sportex rods, is classic in design and reliable in performance.

The Sportex Invictus CS-2 rod bends from the tip to the mid-section of the blank, and the lower section provides strong support both during long casts and when playing the largest fish.
