Trakker Continental Ready Rigs (Micro Barb.)
Trakker Continental Ready Rigs (Micro Barb.) are pre-tied carp rigs based on the Blowback Rig design, engineered for maximum hook penetration and reliable landing in the toughest conditions. Utilizing stronger components from the Trakker terminal tackle range, these rigs perform exceptionally well when targeting large carp and using bigger baits.
At the heart of the rig is an exceptionally sharp and durable Wide Gape X hook with a micro barb, ensuring a secure hook hold. A small Rig Ring is positioned on the shank, creating the distinctive Blowback effect – it allows the bait to move freely while causing the hook to aggressively rotate upon any contact with the carp’s mouth. This self-resetting action significantly improves presentation effectiveness.
The rig is constructed from strong, semi-stiff coated Hooklink material rated at 35 lb, offering the ideal balance of strength, stiffness, and natural bait presentation. The exposed braid near the hook gives the bait freedom of movement, while the Hook Rigger keeps the hook at the optimal angle to increase hook hold reliability. Additionally, a small anti-tangle sleeve is fitted to reduce the risk of tangles during casts.
