The Korda Kaizen Green Spod Rod 13ft is the strongest model in the Kaizen Green series, designed specifically for carp anglers who demand maximum casting distance and consistent accuracy when spod fishing. The 13ft model features a fast taper blank that progressively narrows from the butt section to the tip. This design generates very fast flex speeds, efficiently transferring energy during the cast and enabling long distances while maintaining accuracy. Despite its immense power, the rod retains enough sensitivity in the top section to handle spod fishing at shorter ranges without losing control.
Equipped with large-diameter Sea-Guide TDG guides – starting at 50 mm and finishing at 16 mm – the rod ensures smooth line flow and high resistance to overload. The guides are coated with a special ADAMAN finish, enhancing abrasion resistance even with frequent use of braided lines.
