Sportex Invictus CS-2 Spod
Sportex Invictus CS-2 Spod is a rod specifically designed for baiting with a spod rocket, offering an excellent balance between power, precision, and casting control. Based on the proven Catapult CS-4 blank, this model has been optimized for maximum casting performance and durability, making it an ideal tool for carp anglers baiting at medium and extreme distances.
Thanks to the use of modern materials and technology, the rod blank is incredibly lightweight yet capable of withstanding heavy loads. The reinforcement of the lower section with carbon mesh increases its durability by 13%, ensuring maximum stability during casts with heavy spod rockets.
The rod is available in two variants:
- 12ft / 5.75lb – a versatile model for baiting at medium and long distances, providing power reserve when the spod rocket needs to be cast further.
- 13ft / 5.75lb – a model intended for extreme casts, ideal for carp anglers baiting at very long distances.
To meet casting demands, the rod is equipped with high-quality Seaguide SIC guides, known for excellent thermal conductivity and resistance to high temperatures, which is crucial when using braids. The 50 mm starting guide allows for smooth casting and friction reduction, resulting in better casting performance.
The Fuji TVS reel seat provides stable mounting, and the full, non-slip Full-Shrink finish allows for a secure grip, even with wet hands.
