The Korda Kaizen Green 12.6ft model is designed for carp anglers seeking to cast longer distances without switching to full-length 13ft rods. This rod combines the advantages of shorter models – lightweight and comfort – with extra power and casting dynamics. It works perfectly as a versatile rod, handling precise medium-distance casts as well as reaching beyond 120 to 130 meters when needed.

The construction features a fast taper blank, allowing efficient power transfer during the cast and quick line recovery. Most of the bend focuses on the tip section, enabling the rod to load dynamically during the cast and perform excellently during the fight – reducing the risk of losing fish even on short distances.

The 12.6ft version uses stainless steel Sea-Guide TDG twin leg guides, known for their durability and lightweight design. The blank is equipped with a 50 mm starter guide and a 16 mm tip guide, ensuring smooth line flow with both monofilament and braided lines. The setup is completed with a premium Sea-Guide DPS reel seat.

The model’s aesthetics reflect the minimalist design typical of the Kaizen Green series – a matte finish without gloss, black wraps, and a subtle green logo. The handle section is covered with a Japanese shrink tube ending in a shaped, extended butt cap, providing a secure grip even when applying full power.
