"FREE SHIPPING" PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A promotion aimed at strengthening the positive image of the Carp Anglers' Shop www.rockworld-carpshop.com and appreciating customer loyalty.
§1
The promotion is organized on the website www.rockworld-carpshop.com by ROCKWORLD Łukasz Pawlik, located in Racibórz at ul. Mikołaja 9A, 47-400 Racibórz, hereinafter referred to as the organizer.

Every registered and logged-in customer who has granted marketing consents and whose order and delivery country meet the promotion conditions participates in the promotion. The shop system automatically recognizes whether the order meets the promotion conditions and offers the free shipping option during the delivery method selection when placing the order.

The promotion runs from 25.06.2021 until further notice.

Conditions for participation in the "Free Shipping" Promotion:
- Exceeding the order value meeting the promotion terms - for the respective country covered by the promotion.
or
- Having an open order, i.e., an order not yet fulfilled, e.g., just placed and not yet packed, or an order created from splitting earlier orders containing products with longer delivery times. In this case, the organizer reserves the right to combine multiple orders from one customer into a single order.
In each of the above cases, the system automatically recognizes whether the order meets the "Free Shipping" promotion conditions and offers this delivery method with the specified delivery option. If the customer chooses a delivery method other than the proposed free option when placing the order, the shipping fee will be charged according to the costs provided during order placement.

The "Free Shipping" promotion applies only to orders up to 30 kg.
§7
The "Free Shipping" promotion is fulfilled by the courier selected in the cart for the given order. If the customer chooses a delivery method other than the automatically offered one, the delivery will be processed without the "Free Shipping" promotion applied.
§8
Some products or product options are excluded from the "Free Shipping" promotion. If such a product or product option is included in the order, information about the excluded products will appear in step 2 of the cart during order placement.

Orders for which the system did not offer free shipping, but the customer arbitrarily reduces the order value by the indicated shipping cost, will be processed with a delay, only after the shipping fee has been paid. If payment is not made, the orders will be canceled.
