"Zgadnij wagę ryby" Contest Rules on the Facebook Page
TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the "Guess the weight of the fish" contest on the Facebook profile
§1
The promotion is organized by the company ROCKWORLD Łukasz Pawlik located at ul. Mikołaja 9A, 47-400 Racibórz, for registered customers.
§2
The fish weight contests are conducted in cooperation with the contest sponsor, who provides a picture of the fish and the weight of the fish shown in the picture.
§3
The contest sponsor undertakes to supply a picture of the fish with its correct, previously unpublished weight.
§4
Contest RULES
§4.1
On our profile www.facebook.com/sklepdlakarpiarzy a contest photo showing the fish whose weight needs to be guessed is posted. The duration of the contest is also specified.
§4.2
Participants wanting to enter the contest should comment under the contest post with the weight of the fish they suggest.
§4.3
The person who first comments with the correct weight will be the winner of the contest. Note! In the case of comment editing, the first entry will be considered.
§4.4
If no one guesses the correct weight, the winner will be the person who provides the weight closest to the correct one.
§4.5
Entries made after the specified time in the contest post will not be considered.
§4.6
Excluded from the contest are employees of Rockworld, employees of the sponsoring company, individuals present at the capture of the contest fish, as well as the immediate family of the aforementioned groups.
§4.7
The contest results will be published on our profile www.facebook.com/sklepdlakarpiarzy within 2 weeks of the contest's end.
§4.8
The contest winner is required to send their contact details to the organizer via a private message through the Facebook profile within 2 weeks of the announcement of the contest results.
§4.9
If the contest winner does not provide their details necessary to send the prize within 2 weeks of the results announcement, the prize will be transferred to the prize pool for use in subsequent contests.
