FIL Pneumatic Dough Dispensing Gun Stainless Steel
A pneumatic gun for extruding dough. Just connect it to an air compressor, and dispensing dough rolls will be a breeze! :)
The pneumatic gun is made from high-quality aluminum. The minimum capacity of the gun is 3kg, which depends on the density of the dough. A special groove in the nozzle cap ensures almost 100% dough extraction. The high production accuracy allows for the precise mounting of the nozzle in the cap by pressing, so it doesn't fall out during the extrusion process. The set includes two nozzles for dispensing. The plunger, made from high-quality polyamide and 45mm in height, is equipped with two O-rings. Also included is a special stand made of stainless steel, which stabilizes the gun during dispensing activities. Additionally, special seals made of very soft rubber are mounted where the gun rests on the stand, significantly facilitating the unscrewing of the caps.
ATTENTION!!!
Before using, lubricate the plunger with odorless paraffin oil, regular fish oil, or vegetable oil. Do not degrease the threads on the caps or cylinder. Before using, they should be lubricated with white or technical petroleum jelly.
