TandemBaits FC Specimen Combi Rig

The Tandem Baits FC Specimen Combi Rig is a versatile carp rig, designed for effective presentation of a wide range of baits such as wafters, grains, or sinking Boilies. This is a classic combi rig solution, combining stiffness with softness, which significantly improves the behavior of the rig during a bite and increases the hooking efficiency.

The rig features a wide gape hook with a micro barb, ensuring a secure hold on the fish even during powerful retrieves. A key component of the design is the shrink tube kicker, properly shaped to guide the hook point towards the carp's lower lip. This allows the rig to spin well inside the fish's mouth, minimizing the chance of the rig being spit out.

The last few centimeters before the hook have been stripped of the hooklink braid coating, giving the terminal section flexibility and allowing the bait to behave more naturally in the water. The main part of the rig remains stiff, reducing tangles during casting and improving overall presentation.
