Nash Baseline Sinking Braid UV Yellow is a main line braid with sinking properties, available in an intense yellow color with a UV coating. Thanks to advanced production technology borrowed from the spinning fishing market, Baseline offers unique properties previously unseen in carp braids.
The braid's construction consists of eight plus one fiber with a high-density core surrounded by premium Dyneema material. This makes Baseline more user-friendly, with a smaller diameter and round profile that facilitates casting and allows for perfect spooling on the reel. Its sinking properties quickly cut through the surface tension of the water, settling on the bottom and camouflaging well.
The new UV technology in Baseline UV Yellow braids includes reflective fibers that react to UV light, allowing for immediate identification of the braid's position and direction both day and night. The intense yellow color provides maximum visibility during the day, while at night the braid glows when illuminated by a Nash UV Powerbanx flashlight.
Carp anglers fishing from a boat will immediately appreciate the benefits of easily determining the braid's position, minimizing the risk of tangling with propellers or boat keels. The high visibility of the UV braid is also helpful when laying rigs close together or when playing a carp under or over other braids.
Baseline braid is available on spools of 600m and 1200m, providing flexibility in spooling the appropriate amounts for 2- and 3-rod setups or filling the largest spools for extreme long-distance fishing.
