Trakker Clinga Captive Backweight
The Trakker Clinga Captive Backweight is designed to keep the main line low along the bottom, right next to the rod tip indicators. This solution is especially effective in waters with heavy boat traffic or obstacles, where there is a risk of contact with a taut line.
The weight features a reliable gate latch system that ensures smooth and secure release during a bite. Its specially shaped body allows the line to run freely as the weight moves along the main line. A 1-meter section of heavy, lead-free Leader.html" class="slowo_link" title="Explain the concept">Leader keeps the line on the bottom while minimizing the risk of tangles— a common issue with traditional captive systems.
The other part consists of a 9-meter bright red UV-reactive line, making it easy to locate in low light conditions. The universal attachment system allows the body to be connected to snag ears, placed under bite alarms, or pushed into the ground. After fishing, the line can be quickly wound back onto the integrated winder, and the weight securely fastened in its special holder.
This solution gives the carp angler confidence that the rig is optimally secured and the contact with the fish is direct and immediate.
