The new version of the Retreat bivvy in an even larger size perfect for extended sessions:) The 1 Man version is a spacious bivvy, which can easily accommodate 1 bedchair and all your gear! The special design is based on aluminum ribs, which have significantly changed shape - providing more usable interior space. The whole secret lies in the fact that the first sections of the ribs are bent at such an angle that the side walls are almost at a 90o angle (nearly vertical), allowing you to push your bedchair very close to the edge of the bivvy! The breathable Vent-Tec Rip Stop material has a water resistance of 20,000 mm. The bivvy features huge front and rear ventilation windows which greatly improve thermal comfort inside on hot days!!! Another advantage of the new Fox Retreat+ is that it allows the attachment of an internal mesh capsule providing protection from insects and rodents. You can also purchase an additional overwrap which further reduces condensation inside the bivvy and provides additional thermal insulation both during hot weather and during cold autumn or early spring sessions. The front panel is removable, which means that in favorable conditions, you can live in an open bivvy with a stunning view. The doors on the front panel are available in 3 versions: solid, clear, and mesh for functionality in any weather conditions. If you're fishing in extreme conditions, you can use additional strong tension straps - stabilizing the bivvy, mounted at the front - this type of solution is only available in the new FOX Retreat+ bivvy.
