The Korda Safety Inline Sleeve Naked is a specially designed insert for Korda's inline leads, prioritizing fish safety—especially in situations where the rig breaks during retrieval. The Naked version is dedicated to fishing without using an anti-tangle tube or Leadcore, making it ideal for minimalist rigs, especially when using PVA bags.
The main part of the insert is loosely placed inside the lead and locks only after a size 8 Swivel is inserted. This design allows for the immediate release of the lead in the event of a line break or a bite. Importantly, the thin and precisely fitted construction of the insert enables its tight fit on the main line without the need for additional Sleeves or protective covers.
