Introducing the flagship model of Shimano's carp reel lineup. This reel is the successor to the most recognizable and highly sought-after Shimano reel. In the current version, approximately 50% of the components have been updated to harness the latest technological advancements. The use of cutting-edge materials has allowed a reduction in the reel's weight to an impressive 485 grams! The body is made from Magnesium and the rotor from Ci4. It features HAGANE gear and X-Ship drive for durability and efficient operation even under heavy load. For impeccable line lay, the AERO Wrap system and the Super Slow 5 oscillation have been utilized, arranging up to 100 wraps of line per cycle! The AR-C spool design significantly improves casting distance. A fast and super precise drag system is also included.
