The refreshed version of the Competition rod in a three-section model is designed to satisfy even the most demanding carp anglers. The rod blank is crafted from high modulus carbon material sourced from Japan, ensuring exceptional durability and low weight. The applied HT-Cross-Winding technology has reinforced the handle, giving the rod greater flexibility and overload resistance, which translates into its longevity and high performance.
The semi-parabolic action of the rod and stable construction make it excellent at damping vibrations, which is particularly useful during a fight, allowing for quick exhaustion of the fish. The rod is equipped with SIC guides, with a starting guide of 50mm diameter, facilitating long casts and minimizing line friction. The DPS reel seat and strong duplon-finished handle provide a comfortable grip and stability during use.
