This rod rest features a rubber, non-slip insert. The insert has a dual profile, allowing you to easily adjust it for both larger and smaller rod butt diameters. The steel thread is of a standard size and is equipped with a rubber o-ring that prevents the rest from unscrewing itself from the rod pod during use.
