The 4000 size is ideally suited for "under the rod tip" fishing and everywhere else where quick response and precision during the fight are crucial. The Dwarf Freespool 4000 is equipped with a quick drag system, allowing for an instant reaction to the powerful surges of fish, which is especially important during the final phase of the fight. Despite its compact size, this reel can hold up to 300 meters of 0.33 diameter line, which is more than sufficient for most small to medium venues. Add to this a 5.1:1 gear ratio, which allows for winding up to 90cm of line per handle turn, and a free spool system, and you have the guarantee of great user comfort, even during fast action. The Dwarf Freespool, despite its size, is equipped with a system enhancing long-distance casting.
