Avid Carp Arctic-Series Winter Suit – warm winter suit for carp anglers
The Avid Carp Arctic-Series Winter Suit is a two-piece insulated fishing suit consisting of a jacket and bib & brace trousers. The 20,000 mm waterproof material, thermal insulation and draught-proof features make this set designed primarily for fishing in cold, wet and windy conditions.
Insulated set for cold sessions
The jacket and bib & brace trousers feature insulation that reduces heat loss during long hours by the water. The two-piece design allows both items to be worn together or the number of clothing layers to be adjusted to the temperature and activity level.
20,000 mm waterproof rating
The outer material provides a waterproof rating of 20,000 mm hydrostatic head and is made with Ripstop construction. The fabric is also breathable, so the set combines rain protection with moisture transfer while moving around the swim.
Jacket with extended back
The back of the jacket is extended in a Drop Hem design, providing better coverage for the lower back and reducing cold air getting underneath the clothing. Velcro-adjustable sleeve cuffs also allow the fit to be adjusted around the wrists.
Bib & brace trousers with reinforced areas
The bib & brace trousers feature reinforcements on the knees and seat area – areas particularly exposed to contact with the ground when working at the swim. Velcro-adjustable leg cuffs allow them to be fitted to the footwear being used.
Pockets for winter conditions
The set features hand-warming pockets finished with soft fleece. Internal zipped pockets allow you to store a phone, keys and other small items during your session.
